The shoe with a memory function
Thanks to the specially developed memory foam in the forefoot and the anatomical construction, the S1 safety shoes e.s. Zembra are so clever that they know exactly what the foot needs to be happy. The foundation for this is our CI Factory in Germany, where the work shoes are exclusively manufactured.
But they have much more to offer: For example, an innovative, carbon fibre reinforced composite toe cap. These protective caps are significantly lighter than previous plastic caps or their metal counterparts. A huge advantage for those who cover many metres at work!
The shape of the cap is very comfortable and the carbon-composite cap also offers better heat conductivity properties than conventional composite toe caps.
- EN ISO 20345:2011 S1 with 100 % metal-free composite toe cap acc. to EN ISO 22568-2:2019 - extra light, reinforced with carbon fibres
- Lightweight, comfortable and breathable
- Upper material made of microfibre with lasercut perforation
- Free of metal and leather
- Strap made of breathable mesh material
- Almost seamless finish
- Pleasantly padded strap and collar
- Textile inner lining with microfibre heel reinforcement
- Removable, full-surface anatomically shaped insole
- ESD features according to DIN EN 61340 with a leak resistance between > 0.1 Megaohm (1.0 x 105 Ohm) to < 100 Megaohm (1.0 x 108 Ohm)
- Also ideal for insole wearers, also for orthopaedic fittings (raised soles)
- Insole with a specially developed memory foam forefoot padding
- Anti-slip PUR/TPU two-layer sole conforms to SRA, anti-static, fuel-resistant and heat-resistant up to approx. 130 °C
