SNAŽNA ZAŠTITA UZ UDOBNOST MEMORIJSKE PJENE
Isključivo proizvedene u našoj CI Factory u Njemačkoj. Ovdje se proizvode radne cipele budućnosti, a S1 zaštitne polucipele e.s. Zembra dolaze s brojnim modernim značajkama. Zahvaljujući posebno razvijenoj memorijskoj pjeni u prednjem dijelu stopala i anatomskoj konstrukciji, S1 cipele rasterećuju stopala pri svakom koraku i pružaju optimalno prianjanje. Osim mnogo udobnosti, model e.s. Zembra nudi i vrlo mnogo zaštite. Prije svega, cipele imaju inovativnu plastičnu kapicu ojačanu karbonskim vlaknima. Te zaštitne kapice znatno su lakše od prethodnih plastičnih kapica i zaštite prstiju od metala. Ogromna prednost za sve koji na poslu prelaze velike udaljenosti!
Oblik kapice posebno je udoban, a i u pogledu toplinske vodljivosti kapica od karbonskog kompozita ima znatnu prednost.
- EN ISO 20345:2011 S1 s plastičnom kapicom 100 % bez metala u skladu s EN ISO 22568-2:2019 – izuzetno lagana, ojačana karbonskim vlaknima
- lagane, prozračne i udobne
- gornjište od mikrovlakana s laserski izrezanim perforacijama
- oprema bez metala i kože
- jezik od prozračnog mrežastog materijala
- uglavnom bešavna obrada:
- udobno podstavljeni jezik i ovratnik
- tekstilna unutarnja podstava s ojačanjem pete od mikrovlakana
- anatomski oblikovan i izvadiv uložak po cijeloj površini
- ESD oprema prema DIN EN 61340 s odvodnim otporom u rasponu između > 0,1 megaoma (1,0 x 105 om) do < 100 megaoma (1,0 x 108 om)
- idealne i za osobe koje nose uloške, moguće dodatne ortopedske prilagodbe (povišeni potplati)
- unutarnji potplat s posebno razvijenom podstavom od memorijske pjene za prednji dio stopala
- protuklizni PUR/TPU dvoslojni potplat prema standardu SRA, antistatički, otporan na gorivo i otporan na toplinu do oko 130 °C
